Regional visits: Cholpon-Ata

On March 12 the Deputy Business Ombudsman Mr. Musuraliev met with the mayor of Cholpon-Ata Mr. Sarbagyshev. At the meeting issues of cooperation between the Business Ombudsman Institute and the city authorities were discussed. On the same day, a meeting was held with entrepreneurs of Cholpon-Ata city, during which representatives of the Institute presented criteria of complaints accepted by the BOI, timeline for their consideration and BOI role in protecting the interests of business. One of the meeting participants, Kylychov Kanybek, who has been in business for 12 years, mentioned: “The creation of such an organization is very timely. As an entrepreneur, I periodically interact with the state authorities. Not all of them go smoothly. I hope, the Business Ombudsman Institute will make an effective contribution to improve the legal and regulatory framework for doing business in Kyrgyzstan”
