Business Ombudsman - an authorized person to protect the rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests of business entities The Business Ombudsman Institute is an independent organization that was set to support the mission of the Business Ombudsman. BOI considers complaints from business entities against the actions of state bodies, local self-government bodies and runs its legal investigation on the subject. Based on the research of complaints received, we develop recommendations to the state authorities to improve policies and procedures
